We are closely approaching the release of Oberon, our American Wheat Ale. Here's everything you need to know about celebrating Oberon Day 2017
When is it?
Oberon is released on Monday, March 27 in all the states we distribute, besides Florida, Arizona, and Southern California, where Oberon is available year round.
Are there any special parties?
Yes, we host midnight tappings and launch parties. See a full list of our events near you on our events page.
Where can I get Oberon?
Oberon should be available at most locations that sell or serve our beer. Call ahead before heading out on Oberon Day and check out our Beer Finder.
Will there be Oberon donuts again?
Yes, Sweetwaters Donut Mill will be selling Oberon Donuts again this year at their two Kalamazoo locations and their Battle Creek location. They will go on sale on Oberon Day at 6 a.m.

Help! I don’t live in a state you distribute. How can I get Oberon?
While we don’t distribute everywhere yet, you can still enjoy Oberon season by brewing a similar batch at home. Here are tips for cloning Oberon.
Where can I get mini kegs?
Mini kegs will come out around Memorial Day weekend. Check out this year’s design.

Oberon Day at Bell’s Eccentric Café
When does the Café open?
The café opens at 9 a.m. But if you missed out on one of our special Oberon brewery tours, you should probably show up about an hour before … yes, that is a hint.
What will you have?
In addition to Oberon, we will have Uberon (barrel-aged Oberon) and Mango Habanero Oberon.
Will the be any food specials?
We'll have Oberon brats, chicken/cashew/orange salad on a croissant and BBQ, in addition to our regular menu. We will have food available in the back bar.
Music
We will have music in both the Back Room and Patio. Here's the schedule:
- M. Sord (DJ Set) - 2-5 p.m. (patio)
- Who Hit John? - 5-7 p.m. (Back Room)
- Guitar Up! - 7-9 p.m. (Back Room)
- Earl Jordan (Analog Ancestry) - 9-11 p.m. (Back room)
Who can attend?
The Café is open to everyone until 4 p.m., after then, everyone has to be 21 years of age or older.
