Inspired Cooking: 4 Course At-Home Bell's Beer Dinner

Two sisters recreate a beer dinner to celebrate their Father’s birthday. Here are the recipes.

Last year, Kellyann and her family celebrated their father’s 60th birthday with a beer pairing dinner. It was a hit. Julian loved it. A lot.

So when the big 6-1 rolled up this year, they had to do it again!  But, wait…  How?

2020 has been unusual, to say the least. Everything is different, and we’re all still trying to figure out how to navigate through things - even things that used to seem pretty simple, like celebrating the people we love. But, with new things to navigate comes plenty of opportunity for inspiration, and these two sisters had a great idea.

The two of them, both with the initials "KW," became KW2 Catering for the day and gave Dad the full experience from the comfort and safety of home.  And they thought of everything — from the courses, to the beer pairings, to designing the menu itself.

“It came out so fantastic that many of my friends have asked me to share the recipes,” Kellyann wrote us. “So thank you for creating delicious beer and inspiring creativity. It resulted in memories that will last a very long time. I’ve attached pictures of our menu and courses!”

A huge thank you to Kellyann for reaching out and sharing this! And happy belated birthday to Julian! Our fans always inspire us!
