2020 West Michigan Best & Brightest AND 2019 National Best & Brightest

Only companies that distinguish themselves as having the most innovative and thoughtful human resources approach can be bestowed this honor. The 2019 national winning companies were assessed by an independent research firm which reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners.

2019 National Best & Brightest in Wellness

Winners of this award are evaluated and selected by an independent wellness firm. Employers with a strong culture of health and well being are happier, less stressed and maintain a healthy and productive workforce. This year’s winning companies represent these high standards and rise to the challenge through cultural innovation. This is the fourth year we have been recognized with this award. 

2020 Governor’s Fitness Award Finalist

Presented by the Governor’s Council on Physical Fitness, Health and Sports and the Michigan Fitness Foundation, the Governor’s Fitness Awards (GFA) recognize communities, organizations, and individuals who inspire healthy choices. Nominated by Michiganders, the GFA finalists are then selected by a panel of judges and announced each spring.

Bell’s Brewery was selected for the Healthy Workplace Award category. Millions of Michiganders spend a large part of their day at work. The Healthy Workplace Award recognizes Michigan companies that create workplace wellness programs, so their employees have access to resources to be fit, healthy and more productive.
