An alternative to dark and heavy winter warmers and stouts, Bright White® is a stylish and refreshing Wheat Ale.

Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast strain, a blend of barley and wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices.

Why don't we list IBUs?

There is a difference between absolute bitterness and perceived bitterness. IBUs are useful for homebrewers for the purpose of clone recipes, but it doesn’t always tell the whole story. Expedition Stout is a good example. It has more IBUs than more traditional hoppy beers like Two Hearted and Hopslam.

Like many of our beers, Bright White's label (formerly Winter White) is inspired by a piece of artwork. The painting in the background is by local artist Conrad Kaufman, who was inspired by the scene on a trail at the Kalamazoo Nature Center.
